What the reading can and cannot say
It reads your role, your category, your accreditation status, the in-house IVD answer, the messaging answer and, if you give it, the next assessment date. It returns a planning position, not a compliance result. The page fetches one static file from the same site; your answers never leave the browser.
The readings
- Scope incomplete. A required answer is missing. It names the answer, never a default.
- Out of scope. The role does not describe an obligated or directly affected party.
- Insurer reading. The instrument does not bind the insurer; the reading names the contract and claims checks instead.
- Not accredited. The approval and the incorporated standards are the route; the reading names the first step.
- In-house IVD date. The 1 July 2027 item applies, and the reading dates the inventory and the gap assessment.
- Already in force. The Part 1 changes and the ICR standard apply now; the reading names the register and messaging checks.
- Not seen. The in-house IVD answer is unknown, so the reading sends you to the inventory rather than guessing.
- Date in the past. The assessment date you entered has passed, so the reading cannot plan against it.
Why there is no compliance score
The record states what each provision does and what evidence an assessor samples. It does not know your laboratory, your quality system or your assessment findings. A number would invent a judgement the record cannot support.
The check does not store your answers. The page fetches one static file, /seed/scope.json, and computes locally. Cloudflare serves the page and records a cookieless page view.
