Terms

What this product is, and what it is not.

The short version

A record and a planning tool, not a certificate.

This site publishes our reading of F2026L00927 and the 2017 Approval Principles. It is not legal advice and it does not certify any person, laboratory, device or service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Commonwealth of Australia, the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, the National Pathology Accreditation Advisory Council, the National Association of Testing Authorities Australia, or the Therapeutic Goods Administration. The official text remains the authoritative source.

Accuracy

We write the requirement in our own words and cite the provision so that you can check it. The words are not the official text. A reader should check the instrument and the standards before relying on the record for a decision. If we find an error, we correct it and record the correction in the changelog.

Trademarks and copyright

The names of the instruments, the standards and the bodies named on this site are used to identify them. They remain the property of their respective owners. The standards are separate documents, published by the Commission, and are not reproduced here. Our text and layout are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd.

Paid products

The kit is a one-off digital product at USD 799. The watch is a monthly subscription at USD 49. Both are sold through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any VAT or sales tax is shown at checkout where applicable. By buying the kit you ask for immediate access to the digital files and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends when access begins, where the law allows. The kit is released against a paid session. The watch can be cancelled in Stripe. Because the kit is a digital download, it is not refundable once the files are accessed, except where the law requires a refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition or warranty that the Australian Consumer Law applies and that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the digital product or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, The Art of Service Pty Ltd is not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this record. Your accreditation body, your approval and the published instrument govern your obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
